Warranty
Every building is backed by a limited warranty on materials and workmanship — plus a lifetime warranty on treated lumber against rot and fungal decay. Built in the tradition of Mennonite craftsmanship, and stood behind after the sale.
Three layers of protection
A 5-year limited warranty on materials and workmanship on the standard line of products. We will repair or replace any construction or material defect that does not fall within the reasonable expectation of an outside storage building.
A 3-year limited warranty on materials and workmanship on the Best Value line of products — the same craftsmanship at a lower price point.
All treated lumber carries a LIFETIME limited warranty against rot and fungal decay. All skids and floor framing are built with pressure-treated lumber.
Covered
- Structural materials & construction defects

- Treated lumber — rot & fungal decay (lifetime)
Not covered

Component materials — metal, shingles, treated lumber and siding — also carry their own manufacturer warranties. Exact terms are confirmed in your warranty paperwork.
Built to be warrantied
Every skid and the entire floor framing are built from pressure-treated lumber — set into notched skids (two on 8′–10′ widths, four on 12′ and wider).
10′-wide buildings and wider come standard with 2×6 floor joists; 8′ widths and horizontal metal buildings use 2×4 joists.
Treated T1-11, Painted or Urethane LP SmartSide®, 29-gauge Z-Metal (vertical) or 29-gauge horizontal metal.
Dimensional shingles or standard-color metal roofing — same price, both backed by the manufacturer.
8′ buildings get a single shop-built door; 10′ and wider get double shop-built doors (cabins and garages excepted).
Building since 1995 in the tradition of Mennonite craftsmanship — here for service after the sale.
